The United Parcel Service(UPS), selected this Jacksonville location for their first ever south side package distribution/e-commerce center. It is a complete retrofit and expanded multi-phase project that has been in design and eventual construction with Haskew Company and our team for more than two years now.

When complete, the 244,000sf, 18acre site will be ready to house the extensive conveyor system and process packages while loading more than 200 trucks daily within the building. We are also installing an exterior wash canopy system for the vehicles, and the infrastructure for an onsite fueling station. We have added more than 350 car parking spaces, and the ability to store more than 60 full size trailers, 30 straight trucks, vans, and various others.

This is a multi-phased and very detailed operation that the Haskew Company is excited to be a part of. We are proud to have been able to develop and tailor this site for UPS as their long term south side distribution home.
